Terms of use

Effective

Operator and availability

These terms apply between you and Cameron Low in Ontario, Canada for Pantry at mypantrypro.com and its optional checkout extension. Pantry is developing beta software. It is currently free and accepts no payments. Any future paid service will require separate clear terms before a charge. Contact hello@cameronlow.com for help.

Grocery planning and retailer checkout

Prices, availability, sizes, nutritional details, and offers may be stale or incomplete. Check the retailer’s current listing and packaging, especially for allergens or dietary requirements. Price history reflects available observations and does not guarantee daily collection or every sale. Schedules are planning aids, not an automatic purchase service. The optional helper may add items to a retailer cart; review quantities, prices and substitutions before placing an order yourself. Retailer purchases, delivery and refunds are governed by the retailer’s terms. Pantry is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zehrs or PC Express.

Accounts, households, and permissions

Keep your credentials and invitation links private. You are responsible for choosing household members and understanding that shared grocery records can be viewed and changed by them. Provide accurate account information and data you have authority to share. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information. The extension is optional; review its permissions before installation.

Acceptable use and content

Do not access other accounts without permission, bypass safeguards or retailer restrictions, overload the service, scrape personal data, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm others. You retain rights to your content and permit Cameron to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Third-party software, brands and product information retain their own licences and rights.

Support, changes, and closure

Features and availability may change. Keep independent copies of important records. Cameron may restrict access reasonably needed to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements and provide notice when practicable. You can stop using Pantry, uninstall the extension, or request account closure. The privacy notice explains data handling and shared-record limits.

Applicable law and your rights

The service is supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ontario and applicable Canadian law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections where you live. Contact Cameron first about a dispute; this does not prevent access to courts or regulators available under applicable law.
